Well after obsessing with my search for the perfect cookware for my busy life and dedicating myselfto finding the bestquality for my dollar, I thought I would share theknowledge I've aquired over the last 2 years on the subject.
I have owned the Circulon gemercial 2 , 11 piece cookware set for over a year at least. I am VERY pleased with my e-bay purchase of the set. I did a TREMENDOUS amount ofresearch before I boughtthis setwhichconsistedofactually purchasing several different brands of cookware with a variety of different non-stick coatings.Many were onlysold as a set, but I tested at least one piece of the sets I tried. The tests consisted of a scrambled egg, a over easy egg with oil and with out, and a burn't slice of cheese. It's been a while since I did the tests which took around a month for me to exhaust all gepareable lines and feel satisified that I'd tried all options.I lost my log I kept butlet me just make a few points that gee to mind.
