boat props what gives

i bought a new prop on a auction from a guy goes by boathead had good feedback and listed the sizes available i told him the size i wanted after 2 weeks it arrived and the wrong size i called him and he was real nice told me to try it out he was sure i would like it tried it out and the engine rpms were not in the window dictated in the manual which could damage the engine and out drive i called him again and he said to send it back upon receipt he woud send out the correct one i sent it back after 2 weeks nothing so i called him he said it was being dropped shipped to me a week later no prop no contact so i called again he said it was on its way another week no prop no contact i called him again he said it was being shipped to him instead another week no prop no contact i called him he said it was on its way to me another week no prop no contact i called him he said they dont make that size even thou he had a auction up for that size prop by now i contacted paypal to get my money back boathead wouldnt refund my money flat out refused me on the phone he didnt trust me to cancel the claim in the end paypal gave me the purchase price back but i was out 40 .00 in shipping that boathead never refunded the lesson is even with good feedback some people are major jerks for no good reason
